Syncfacto Unlimited Data

  • The Syncfacto Unlimited Data Benefit is being provided to Syncfacto broadband customers on selected plans.
  • This benefit cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Syncfacto.
  • The unlimited benefit is intended only for personal and non-commercial use, and not for any commercial, special or enterprise purposes. Consequently, in accordance with the current Fair Usage Policy and in view of the regulatory compliances and also, to provide optimum service to the consumers and protect their interests. the speed of data post consumption of 3333 GB within a billing cycle shall be reduced to 5 MBPS.
  • Syncfacto reserves the right to end/ suspend/modify the benefit at all times, as well as in specific cases of commercial use, or any fraudulent use.
  • This benefit is not available for UAN, 1860-xxxxxxxx numbers, credit card swipes and other premium numbers.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Syncfacto and each customer and by subscribing to the benefit, customer accepts the same as binding upon him/her.
  • The terms and conditions of usage of Syncfacto, so far as the same are not inconsistent with the present terms and conditions, continue to be applicable upon you as a user of the broadband and landline services.
  • Syncfacto will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the benefit or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Syncfacto reasonable control. If Syncfacto suspends or cancels the Offer, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Syncfacto will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer.
  • Syncfacto has no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims or disputes and any resulting damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, relating to the customer availing, not receiving or customer’s use of the benefit.
  • Syncfacto makes no warranties or representations whatsoever in respect of the benefit and the broadband services including as to its fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, quality, availability, disruption or error free operation.
  • Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Syncfacto and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.

Syncfacto Fiber Broadband

  • All rentals are exclusive of taxes. GST of 18% applicable on the rental and activation fee.
  • One time non refundable activation and labour  fee of Rs. 1000 applicable on every new connections.
  • With a view to give all Customers optimum Service and protect their interest, the Plan offered by Syncfacto shall be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) as formulated and implemented by Syncfacto from time to time.
  • The Plan offered by Syncfacto shall be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) which shall be imposed upon consumption of 3333GB in a billing cycle post which the speed of the data shall be reduced to 5 MBPS. The FUP may be amended and implemented by Syncfacto from time to time, at its sole discretion.
  • Syncfacto will not be responsible if any specific website or application is not working on network, customer has to contact website or application owner to rectify the issue, customer can not claim service issue to Syncfacto
  • Syncfacto reserves the right to terminate connection if customer do not renew their account in 15 days from expiry date and Syncfacto has right to recove all the equipments from customer without any notice
  • Activation and Labour charges are not refundable
  • Customer has to return all the equipments on working condition in case of account termination, incase customer do not return all the devices then Syncfacto reserve right to file legal case againts the customer
  • The Syncfacto broadband tariff plan is being provided by Syncfacto broadband to any customer who wish to avail Syncfacto’s Broadband services. The payment for the plan is an upfront payment and will not be refunded incase the customer cancels the connection before the maturity of the agreed tenure.
  • The discount mentioned in the plan has been rounded off to the nearest value. The Offer is valid only in India and redeemable only upon taking fresh subscriptions to Syncfacto’ s select broadband rental plans in accordance with the present terms and conditions.
  • This Offer is not valid for special, commercial or enterprise plans.
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Syncfacto.
  • In order for a new customer to avail the plan, the eligible customer must: visit the page www.Syncfacto.in/broadband and select base plan, enter mobile number and address to raise request for new broadband connection or contact customer care to apply for subscription to Syncfacto Broadband services.
  • The extent of applicability of the said Plan, the usage by an individual customer and the entitlement of the Free Subscription Internet is subject to the network feasibility in the area of residence of the interested customer. The network feasibility of the specific area shall be communicated to the customer at the time of sale.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Syncfacto and each customer and by subscribing to the Offer, you accept the same as binding upon you.

  • Please note that the statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Syncfacto regarding Syncfacto’s services or its availability. Syncfacto’s broadband network is available on an ‘as is where is available’ basis and Syncfacto makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the network. Network availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of god, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, etc.
  • Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Syncfacto and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone. For offer provisioning, Customer mobile number given for broadband request should match with mobile number used for broadband activation. Only one offer will be provisioned on any subscriber ID, as mentioned by the Customer for availing the offer.
  • The actual speed will depend on the network feasibility in your area. Our executive will confirm the actual speeds post receipt of the order prior to the installation.
  • Syncfacto Fiber router shall at all times remain the property of Syncfacto and Syncfacto may recover the router along with ancillary equipment’s from the Customer, if Customer opts out of the Syncfacto fiber plan and/or otherwise chooses to discontinue Syncfacto’ s Fiber service.
  • The catalogue of movies, web series and online content available is subject to change from time to time.

    *Based on reported all India data for quarter ending Sept’ 20 as per calculation methodology specified in ‘Quality of Service of Broadband Service Regulations 2006’.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Our Focus is complete customer satisfaction. So it is always suggested to read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
  • Syncfacto provides prepaid services and we do not entertain any Refund/Cancellation of any amount that may have been paid by the Subscriber(s) for an Annual/Semi Annual/Quarterly/Monthly package. It means No Payment Cancellation/Refund is permitted.
  • Security amount refund is only applicable post 12 month continues successful recharge.
  • Any disputes in regards to payments/ refund/ cancellation of transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration / resolution on a case to case basis.
  • Only in case of non-feasibility of a New Connection, refund is made by Syncfacto. The time for the refund for such cases is approximately 4 to 8 week from the date of refund confirmation by Syncfacto payment team.
  • There will be not refund during the mid of services terms.
  • Refundable security deposit against any physical assets will be entertained only on returning the particular physical asset in working condition and services were used atleast for 12 months with continues recharge/renewal.
  • In case of Billing disputes, Syncfacto subscriber(s) are required to email us with the specific concern on care@sycfacto.in.
  • Users can not use Syncfacto installed ONT Routers with any other service providers.
  • The concern will be addressed in approximately 4 to 8 weeks, in case, any dispute is identified, it will be compensated by way of a discount / credit note adjusted in the account of the subscriber(s).
